***IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY***

***Single Nights (Sunday through Friday) are available for any room.

If a specific room is presently booked on Friday, a single Saturday night can be booked by another guest for that specific room. ***

***A two night minimum on weekends (Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday) is in effect up to the Wednesday of each weekend. From Wednesday on to the end of the week, a single Saturday night will be available for any room on that weekend. Except for the month of October.***

***Check in time is between 3pm and 6pm EST unless noted in your confirmation email. You must call one hour before your arrival time if it is after 6pm. Check out time is no later than 11am.

***CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE BY TELEPHONE ONLY***

Children over ten years of age are most welcome.

We’re sorry that we cannot accommodate your pets.

There is no smoking inside the inn nor on the outdoor room.
